Federico Colli, winner of the 2012 Leeds International Piano Competition, makes his eagerly anticipated Southbank Centre recital debut with three substantial sonatas by Mozart, Beethoven and Schumann.

This young Italian pianist from Brescia, with his engaging stage presence and trademark cravat, impressed the British contest’s jurors and audience alike. Pianist Kathryn Stott, commenting for the BBC, remarked, ‘He’s a superb pianist, totally amazing.’
