Queen:60th anniversary for coronation

London : 60th anniversary for coronation. 2000 guests in tribute at the Westminster Abby for Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II.
June 1953- June 2013 a long history of monarchy. Yesterday thousands of people made the trip, waiting behind the barriers to catch a glimps of the Queen.Some of the guests
inside the Abbey attended the coronation service. The 350-years old StEdward’s crown used for the coronatio- the powerful symbol of the moment- left the Tower of London for the first tme since 1953 to be part of yesterday’s service.
The coronation chair, one of the oldest pieces of English furniture still in use, was also on show.
Royal present include the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall .

And among the participants as obvious is her,  Kate Middleton, with perfect look, the Duchess of Cambridge finally appears with all the splendor of the future motherhood belly, rounded, fuller face. Also giving a reading

was Segretary-General of the Commonwealth Kamalesh Sharma. Just a note, the coronation was a strictly Anglican event but 60 years laters Sikhism. Islam, Buddhism,Judaism and othe faiths were represented at the service: Time change.

The Queen took the throne on February 6 – 1952 upon the death of Her father George VI, but to allow for a period of national mourning, she was crowned 16 month later.So,a beautiful young Elizabeth, became queen under the weight of corona and have responsibility of a
nation as important as England. They were difficult years but she managed to maintain order and reign with elegance. Few queens in the world have done this.

Yesterday the services was conducted by the  Dean John Hall, Dean of Westminster Abbey John Hall. Before the service the ampulla and crown of StEdward were brought from the Tower of London and placed an the high altar. The Lord Mayor of Westminster and consort were received at the Great West Door by the Dean and Chapter of Westminster
Member of the Royal Family arrived ad were conducted to their place. The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh were received at the west gate of Westminster Abbey. A  beautiful day  to commemorate and remember a Great Sovereign:
some people were shouting-” God save the Queen for 60 years again”!
