London- Welcome to the Chislehurst District Scout Gang Show 2011″..a musical revue,a mixture of musical numbers and sketches….As ever the whole Gang,both cast and crew,has been working hard for the last 5 months putting togheter today entertainement for families and friends.
This show is one of the many events the gang every time create a fantastic performances.
In the 2009,the gang celebrated the 100 years of scouting in Chislehurst District.This show has been lovingly put togheter by the people in Chislehurst District ,from 6years old till 90,from Beavers 6-8years,Cubs from 8-10.5years,Scouts 10.5-14 years,Explorer 14-18years,Ntwork 18-25years,Fellowship from 25years,everyone with the same love,passion and really hard work.Im sure,we going to have as much fun watching the Show as they have had preparing,will be,a show to remember.
Behind the scenes,the producer Mr Stuart Muckelt,Rhys Davies the Director,Prompt and cast Administrator Gwyn Muckelt,the band leader Danny Southby,the graphic design,the sound team,lightingthe fantastic costumist,all the artist been so amazing,i really enjoy the rehersal,i can t wait to sit relax and enjoy the Show.

TINA-Hello Stuart,tell me about the idea of having a Chislehurst Gang Show?
STUART-well,the gang show legend was born in october 1932, the idea of having the chislehurst show started being planned in 1991,when our Commissioner Austin Barrowdell gave a permission.delighted in the fact that Ron Meyer accepted to producing and directing our first show.
TINA-what is a Gang Show?
STUART-is a musical revue,a mixture of musical numbers and sketches,entertainment for all the family.the reason behind the first show was to raise money to improve facilieties at our County Camp Site of DOWNE.
TINA-the cast?
STUART-we like our cast be made up from sectionsof the Scouting family to all ages and abilities.Many of the joung people have never been on the stage before,but some of them have gone on to make a profession in entertainement.
TINA-fantastic we actually need new star,i ll be there,let the curtains open.”bravo “to you Stuart and the cast.
