This documentary tells the true story of the strain and beauty of growing up in the South: thirteen years in the lives of Adele, Enzo, Fabio and Silvana. The story covers two stages in their lives: their early youth in a Naples full of hopes in 1999 and their young adulthood in the paralised Naples of today!
