The royal rules are known to be very strict. Catherine is not going to have easy life even if it is still life of riley.

She can not allow to be called Kate. From today she must be called Catherine or duchess.

SECOND

She can not vote. Tecnically the Queen and other components of the royal family can express their vote but pratically it is fundamental be neutral representing the whole social groups.

THIRD

She can not be a minister or a government member.

FOURTH

She can not free herself from public opinion. Each action can be approved or disapproved by others and she always will be in public’s sight.

FIFTH

She can not play Monopoli. During 2008 the Duke of York has classified the strategy game as vicious and he claimed that nobody of the royal house must partecipate.

SEVENTH

She can not eat oysters. To the royal family this dish is not served because of the fear for poisoning.

EIGHTH

She can not work. She can exercise charitable institution, official activities, comfort her husband during the mission but she can never work for profit.

NINTH

The duchess can not sign no one document unless official one authorized by the Queen. Autographs are forbidden.

TENTH

Sometimes she is not going to finish her dinner. In the british royal family each commensals have to stop his meal when the Queen has finished to eat even if they have just started.

If Catherine Middleton is going to follow strictly these rules nobody can say. Perhaps in Galles, faraway from the sight of the royal palace, she can allow to infringe some rules such as eating oysters that in Galles seem to be delicious.
